Safety Center
Kykez is committed to making anonymous messaging safe, positive, and fun. Here's how we protect you.
🚨 In an Emergency
If you or someone you know is in immediate danger, please contact emergency services immediately.
How We Keep You Safe
Automated Content Filtering
Every message is scanned for harmful keywords, threats, slurs, and prohibited content before delivery. Messages that violate our policies are automatically blocked.
Human Moderation
Our moderation team reviews reported content. Violations result in content removal and account suspension. We take every report seriously.
Block & Report
You can block any message with one tap. Reported content is reviewed and actioned quickly. Habitual abusers are permanently banned.
Sender Traceability
While senders are anonymous to recipients, we log sender IP addresses and can cooperate with law enforcement. Anonymity does not protect abusers.
Child Safety (CSAM)
We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Any such content is immediately removed and reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement agencies worldwide.
Message Controls
You control what types of messages you accept — toggle text, image, and audio messages on or off individually in your profile settings.
How to Report Harmful Content
1
In-app: Open the message or reel and tap the ⚑ Report button. Select a reason and submit. Our team will review within 24 hours.
2
Email: For urgent safety issues, contact abuse@kykez.com. Include screenshots and context.
3
Law enforcement: If you believe a crime has been committed, contact your local police and also notify us at legal@kykez.com.

💡 Tips for Staying Safe
- Never share your Kykez link in spaces where you don't want anonymous messages from strangers.
- If a message upsets you, close it — you don't have to read it. Block and report.
- Remember: anonymous messages can come from anyone. Don't assume you know who sent them.
- Take breaks from social media if anonymous messages are causing you stress.
- Talk to a trusted adult or friend if messages are making you feel unsafe.
- Never meet anyone you only know through anonymous messages without taking safety precautions.
