Senders are completely anonymous — they do not need to create an account or provide any personal information to send you a message. Their identity is never revealed to you. However, we do log IP addresses for security purposes and cooperate with law enforcement when required by law.

No. Recipients cannot see who sent a message. The "Hint" coin feature only reveals the approximate country of origin — not the sender's identity, name, or full IP address. True anonymity is guaranteed for senders.

Yes. Every message is filtered by automated keyword detection and AI moderation before delivery. You can block or report any message with one tap. We take safety reports seriously and our team reviews them quickly. See our Safety Center for full details.

Coins are Kykez's virtual currency. You earn coins by logging in daily (2 coins/day), receiving a welcome bonus (20 coins), and through Kykez+ (50 coins/month). Spend them to: reveal sender hints (5 coins), unblur images (8 coins), or decode audio messages (10 coins).

Yes! Open any message in your inbox and tap Reply. Your reply will be shareable via a special link (/reply/...). The sender remains anonymous and cannot be identified. Replies are only shared if you choose to share the reply link.

Open the message and tap the ⚑ Report button. Choose a reason and submit. Our moderation team reviews all reports. For urgent safety concerns, email abuse@kykez.com directly.

Yes, contact privacy@kykez.com and we will delete your account and all associated data within 30 days as per our Privacy Policy.

Text messages (up to 2000 characters), images (up to 10MB, displayed blurred), and audio/voice notes (up to 20MB, pitch-shifted). You can turn each type on or off individually in your Profile settings.

Reels is Kykez's public social feed. When you receive a message you like, you can choose to publish it as a Reel (with your permission). Other users can like, comment, and share Reels. Only messages you explicitly publish appear in Reels.

Free users see Google AdSense ads on the platform. Ads are only shown after you consent to advertising cookies. Kykez+ subscribers enjoy a completely ad-free experience.
